• Cancellations: If you cancel your outpatient (OPD) doctor consultation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
• No-Shows: If a patient fails to show up for an appointment without prior notice, the consultation fee is strictly non-refundable.
• Doctor Unavailability: In the rare event that the scheduled doctor is unavailable and cannot be substituted, a full refund will be initiated immediately to your original payment method.

• Advance Deposits: Advance payments made at the time of admission will be adjusted against the final hospital bill.
• Excess Adjustments: If the final bill amount is less than the advance deposit, the surplus amount will be refunded to the patient or guarantor at the time of discharge.
• Discharge Formalities: Refunds generated during discharge cannot be processed in cash if they exceed government-mandated limits. Such refunds will be processed via bank transfer or cheque.

• Pre-Procedure Cancellations: Lab tests, scans, and diagnostic procedures can be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation is made before the sample collection or procedure commencement.
• Post-Collection: Once biological samples are collected or a scan has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Surgical Packages: For pre-booked surgical packages, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the surgery date, subject to specific package deductions for materials already procured.

• TPA Denials: If your Third Party Administrator (TPA) or insurance provider denies a claim after admission, the patient is wholly responsible for settling the hospital bill.
• Co-Pay Refunds: Refunds regarding co-payment discrepancies will be processed only after the final settlement is received and reconciled from the insurance provider, which may take up to 45 working days.

• Mode of Refund: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking).
• Timelines: Standard processing time for refunds is 7 to 10 working days from the date the refund request is approved by the billing department.
• Bank Delays: Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the patient's bank or credit card issuer in reflecting the credited amount.
